Updated pictures from forever homes!
Note from foster mom: Lady Ashley came into our home on January 21 named Scout. We couldn't call her Scout... She is just too dainty and lady like. We've been calling her Lady Ashley (Ashley for short) and she seems to love the name. :)
Feb. 7/09: Whoo Hoo!!! Callie has been adopted! She will go to her new forever home on Feb. 10, just in time for Valentine's Day. :) Susan, I know you will just love her!
Feb. 10/09: Ashley had her heartworm treatment today. She is on crate rest for the next 30 days. She doesn't seem to mind too much at this point, wanting to sleep a lot right now anyway.
Feb. 11/09: Callie is doing super in her new home. She spent a good first night in Jessica's room and has a new doggie playmate.
Feb. 15/09: Yay for Maudie!! Miss Maudie met her new people tonight and they fell in love! She will go to her new forever home on Feb. 20. Lydia and Enrique, I know you will have a wonderful life with her. :)
Feb. 21/09: Yay Boo!!! Boo met his new family today and went home with them. Dorothy and Jackie, I know you will have a ton of fun with your little guy!
Feb. 23/09: Boy, this house is quiet! I heard from Lydia and Jackie today. Maudie (now Madeline) and Boo are doing wonderfully in their respective new homes and didn't even have a tough first night so things sure are great. :) Lady Ashley is doing well after her heartworm treatment a couple of weeks ago. She had a bit of a tough time with it last week, but is bouncing back now and it is hard to keep her quiet. Another 6 weeks and she'll be readdy to go to her new forever home too. In the meatime, she is snuggling with Bob in his lazy boy every evening and loving it. :)
March 9/09: Ashley is off crate rest and allowed restricted activities now. I let her off leash in the back yard and she was very good...didn't try to run around but she sure did a lot of rolling! I think she is very happy not to have to be on the leash. :)
March 23/09: Ashley met her new people. Of course they fell in love with her! She is off restriction on April 12 and will be able to join them in her new forever home then. They have neices named Ashley so her new name will be Tallulah. We'll begin callinig her Ashley-Tallulah today and drop the Ashley after a few days to help her get ready.
April 13/09: Hooray for Tallulah! She is off to her new home and I know she is going to be well loved. Congratulations on your new addition Mike and Tom! Y'all have fun! :)

Lady Ashley LOVES to snuggle under her blankie with or without me on the couch! Boo and Maudie tire themselves out playing and then take a quick nap.
Got a couple new movies today of the kids playing with foster brother Bullet outside.
Babies got neutered and spayed today. All are doing well, although Callie seems to be in more pain than the other two for some reason.
These little guys are 8 weeks old now and will be going to their forever homes soon. They're being offered for adoption through DREAM: http://www.dreamrescue.org/ We're sure going to miss them!
My slipper is part of the pile-up pillow for the pups when we're in the dining room.
Gorgeous day today, so we spent a couple of hours outside. We may be stuck inside for a couple of days after this if the cold weather and sleet really do hit us. I think that the kids are beginning to recognize their names when we call them. Got some better individual closeup pics today.
Miss Maudie is always on the go. She is the bravest of the three, always ready to explore. :)
